The Site is provided to you free of charge for your personal use subject to these Terms and Conditions. By accessing and/or using this site, you agree to be bound by and accept without limitation or qualification the following Terms and Conditions.
Amendments
We may revise the terms and conditions statement without your notice, including terms and conditions regarding product cost, delivery cost and delivery/ pick-up time slots.
Product information
Our products may contain nuts and animal-origin ingredients such as eggs. While we take great care in production, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens. Images shown on our website are for illustration purposes only. Packaging or product appearance may vary slightly depending on seasonal availability or customization.
Pricing & payments
All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice. We accept debit/credit card payments and online bank transfers through secure third-party payment gateways provided by partnering banks. We do not accept cash-on-delivery payments at this time.
Order confirmation and cancellation
An order will be processed only after full payment is received. You may cancel your order before making the payment. Once payment has been completed, cancellations will not be permitted. Revello Specialty reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of payment issues, stock unavailability or suspicious transactions.
Minimum order value
The minimum order value for delivery is Rs. 1,500 (for any combination of chocolates, desserts, or baked products).
Delivery policy
We currently deliver to selected areas, Western Province and Kandy District. Standard delivery takes approximately 3–5 working days, depending on the delivery location and order volume. However, these timelines are subject to change, based on inclement weather conditions or other unforeseen events. As chocolates are sensitive to temperature, please ensure someone is available to receive the order upon delivery. Once delivered, we are not responsible for melting or quality changes caused by improper storage conditions or unforeseen events or situations.
Returns, replacements & complaints
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted. Replacements are offered only for valid complaints such as receiving a wrong or damaged item. Customers must report complaints within 24 hours of receiving the order with supporting photographs for review. We reserve the right to reject any complaints subsequent to our review.
Promotions and discounts
We offer discount codes and seasonal promotions from time to time, solely at our discretion. All offers are subject to change or withdrawal without prior notice. Discounts cannot be combined unless specifically stated.

All website content — including images, text, product names, recipes, and designs — is the property of CBL Foods International (Pvt) Ltd. No part of this website may be reproduced, copied, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Revello Specialty is not responsible for:
Any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products; allergic reactions or health issues resulting from product consumption without prior disclosure of allergies; and / or damage caused by mishandling or improper storage after delivery.
